1988- Schubert Video Theater & Mr. Wilson's
In 1988, Schubert Video Theater and Mr. Wilson's took over 135 W. Wisconsin Avenue. This part of downtown was a large attraction for people of all ages, but especially children. Families could enjoy a movie together at Schubert's and then stop by at Mr. Wilson's skateboard store.
The picture on the left shows the two stores. In the windows are advertisements for a movie in Schubert Video Theater, and t-shirts hanging up in Mr. Wilson's. More cars are parked out in front, and downtown is becoming more developed.
