Future Neenah Building
Future Neenah was originally the Neenah Daily News Office.
Throughout the 1920s, until 1998, the building had been used for various managements and businesses.
The only alleyway in downtown Neenah is alongside the building, it connects the back parking lot to Wisconsin Avenue.
It is also the only building downtown without a second floor or a basement.
It was first constructed by Ben B. Ganther and became one of his earliest projects in his career. Ganther's architecture firm still stands today in Oshkosh, WI.
